• THE Chablis region, where the fine and elegant white wines of Chablis are produced. 
• There Côte de Nuits, with appellations that have contributed to the greatness of France in wine, such as Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot, Vosne-Romanée…
• There Côte de Beaune, which stretches from Ladoix-Serrigny to Maranges. It includes the city of Beaune, the “Wine Capital”, and appellations such as Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet… 
• There Côte-Chalon, where you can find playful wines, with beautiful aromas, in the communes of Rully, Givry, Mercurey…
• THE Maconnais, which produces, among other things, white wines whose reputation is well established, such as Pouilly-Fuissé.
