You will be able to use your visual, olfactory and gustatory senses to discover and describe these wines, thanks to the selection of your Sommelier Yvan.

This evening will allow you to discover the different wines of Alsace through 7 selected wines.
By switching from a Riesling to a Pinot Gris, you will be able to use your visual, olfactory and gustatory senses to describe its wines, and thus take pleasure in this fascinating universe.

The Master 1 Marketing and Sales Course Wine Marketing and International Trade was developed in partnership with the Faculty of Marketing and Agrosciences of the University of Haute-Alsace. It is obtained after a one-year training course. This Master's degree is structured to develop the various skills of advanced marketing and sales techniques. The Master 2 Marketing and Sales Course Wine Marketing and International Trade completes this first year of training.
Developed in partnership with the University of Haute-Alsace, the University Diploma of Sommelier - Caviste aims to meet the needs of sales areas with a wide range of wines, spirits and other beverages.
The profession of sommelier - wine merchant covers a very wide field of activity, requiring a high degree of versatility and precise knowledge in wine. This job requires both a transversal approach to skills and a specialisation in a very specific field.
The Higher Diploma Manager Sommelier-Caviste International Course, is obtained after a one-year training, alternating or in initial training. This training will allow you to become a qualified sommelier, able to manage a team and trade in wine in France or abroad. It was developed in partnership with VPCF (Wines of Properties and Châteaux de France), and several partners from France and the world.
We want to facilitate the professional integration of our students. Our pedagogy is thus based on "learning by practicing" and on the observation that "class is not the point of arrival of knowledge, but the starting point."
