Anthocyane is the training cellar of AIVA, the International Wine Academy, in Landersheim, Alsace, near Strasbourg and Saverne. Open to the public, it is one of the few school cellars in Europe: a true sales outlet where students train in tasting, advising, and marketing wines, beers, and spirits.
The International Wine Academy is one of the only institutes in Europe to have its own application cellar.
