Anthocyane is the training cellar of AIVA, the International Wine Academy, in Landersheim, Alsace, near Strasbourg and Saverne. Open to the public, it is one of the few school cellars in Europe: a true sales outlet where students train in tasting, advising, and marketing wines, beers, and spirits.
The International Wine Academy is one of the only institutes in Europe to have its own training restaurant.
A true educational tool open to the public, the “Le Landersheim” restaurant is a place where students can go to understand the workings of a business and acquire knowledge in the world of catering.
Located on the Academy grounds, the Le Landersheim restaurant has a wide menu with generous homemade dishes starting from €11.90.
Brasserie Le Landersheim is open every lunchtime from Monday to Friday, as well as Thursday and Friday evenings.
