June 14, 2019 at the’International Wine Academy in Alsace, we had the honor of welcoming 10 of the most Prestigious Alsace Wine Estates according to the ranking of the Wine Review of France.
There Brasserie des Éclusiers and the Master Cheesemaker Lorho completed the evening with some Live gourmet cooking.
Each winemaker came with 5 specially selected wines. In total, 50 different wines were available for tasting..
The winegrowers offered participants the opportunity to their order wines live.This was an opportunity for students to put into practice what they learn in the classroom, by assisting the winemakers and advising the participants!
This evening will allow you through 10 selected wines, to discover Foreign wines and their characteristics.
You will be able to compare the styles of foreign wines with French wines, and thus make you your own opinion.
Beautiful and large trays for you to eat will enhance this moment.
