The beer room is the beer showroom of AIVA, the International Wine Academy, in Landersheim, Alsace. Created in 2020 with the Brasserie Licorne, this space, equipped with a tasting bar, introduces students to beer production, tasting, and food pairings — a rare specialty in a school dedicated to wines, beers, and spirits.

In order to teach our students even more, we created a beer showroom with a tasting bar in 2020.
It is in this unusual place that we provide different courses about beer, depending on the training program.

The courses are taught by professionals from the world of beer, including Hervé Marziou.
Hervé Marziou is one of the founders of beerology.
A graduate of the Advanced Studies in Taste at the University of Reims, Hervé Marizou works at Heineken France.
He then dedicated himself, both nationally and internationally, to promoting and encouraging the appreciation of beer, its different styles, tasting techniques, and food pairings. Today, he has acquired a reputation that extends beyond national borders.
He shares all his knowledge with AIVA through conferences and educational courses.
