Testimonials

The testimonies graduates of the MBA Wine & Spirits program

Clemency

«After a preparatory class for HEC and a first year in business school, I chose to join the Double Degree Bac+3 at AIVA to specialize and with the aim of growing my family business in the wine trade.

AIVA is a young school; I appreciate the small class sizes because the work is much more productive, the teachers are dedicated and passionate about what they do, and the tasting and oenology courses are very enriching, whether it's about wines or spirits.»

Maxim

«I come from a BTS in viticulture/oenology in Charente, today my goal is to specialize in the trade and marketing of wines as well as spirits.

That's why I chose AIVA, for its professionalism but also for its close relationship with students thanks to small class sizes.»

Eleanor

Valentin

«"In order to continue my initially technical studies in the field of wine, I turned to AIVA which offers a professionalizing pedagogy.

Indeed, the internship provides a complete immersion in the profession, and the training is supervised by professionals from the wine industry. You learn a great deal in a friendly yet professional atmosphere.»

Maxim

«Following a BTS Technico-commercial Vins & Spiritueux, I was looking for a BAC +3 apprenticeship in the same field.

I chose AIVA for the quality of its faculty, its small class sizes, and above all for its truly innovative teaching methodology!»

Adrien

«"This is a school that restores teaching to its former glory. Down with rote learning and make way for practical application!"

The student is no longer passive in the course's development, but rather becomes an active participant. I've rediscovered my enjoyment of school.»

Eric

«"After completing a BTS in Table Arts and Culinary Arts, I chose to specialize in the trade and marketing of wines and spirits.

I chose AIVA for its professionalism, small class sizes, and innovative course methodology, which is very well structured.»

Enzo

«After studying marketing and international business in Germany, enrolling at the International Wine Academy in Alsace seemed like the obvious next step. Choosing this program ensures you have all the knowledge and tools required to address the current challenges of the wine industry.”.

Almost all of the teaching offered is provided by professionals who themselves face the realities of the field on a daily basis.

I highly recommend this academy.»

Timothy

«"With a background in sommelier work in the hotel and restaurant industry, I turned to AIVA to acquire the necessary knowledge to enter the world of commerce.

They met my expectations during my year in the Double Degree program (Bachelor's degree - Advanced Diploma in Wines and Spirits). I therefore decided to continue with them for a Master's degree to further explore import-export concepts.

In parallel, I work for the company "Vins de propriétés et châteaux de France" (Wines from French Estates and Castles), which placed its trust in me and trained me in the retail sector. Passionate about the brewing world, I am continuing my project to develop and promote craft brewers in supermarkets.

We are therefore developing partnerships with various Alsatian breweries in order to better represent them in stores, such as Brasserie Perle, Brasserie 3 mats, etc… »

Alexandra

Chloe

«"Wanting to switch to a career in business after completing my DUT in Chemistry, I discovered AIVA. It was a way to combine my love of wine with my desire to take business courses.".

Starting from scratch following a scientific education, I was able, thanks to the help of the teaching staff and professional speakers, to acquire a great deal of knowledge.

The atmosphere in the classroom is friendly and based on mutual support; there is no competition, unlike in other schools.»

Married

«"First of all, why AIVA?"

What motivated me to join AIVA was, above all, the constant contact with professionals in the wine and trade industries.

After my BTS Viticulture/Oenology apprenticeship in the Champagne region, I needed to find an establishment where I could further develop my skills in tastings, sales techniques and business management.

This Academy allows us to study with small class sizes and to professionalize ourselves with very comprehensive courses that allow us to progress quickly.

All this in a friendly atmosphere with teachers who are always attentive.»
