Clement

«"An excellent experience at AIVA for 3 years.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the quality of the teaching and the support of the professors, who were always available and passionate about their field.

The atmosphere within the school is also a major asset: a real group dynamic, mutual support between students and a community spirit that makes the journey even more enriching.

The events organized throughout the year offer numerous opportunities for personal and professional development… »

Theo

«"AIVA is a large school on a human scale, created by enthusiasts for enthusiasts.

A comprehensive and enriching training program in a cutting-edge setting. It truly prepares us for the workplace through an approach based on tasting and practical application.

Who can hope to talk about wine without tasting it?»

Sabrina

«"My decision to join AIVA was indisputable.

From the initial interview, the academy's teaching staff helped me find the best training program for my career goals. They were attentive and supported me throughout the entire program. Today, I know for certain that I have acquired a tremendous amount of knowledge thanks to a passionate and competent team and teaching staff who are genuinely interested in their students.

AIVA offers comprehensive training with knowledge of wine, spirits, and, as an added bonus, beer. The business side of the training is very thorough and allows for greater self-awareness. The courses are taught by professionals who give us the opportunity for continuous improvement.

All this in an environment dedicated to success!

I had an incredible year.»

Adrien

«"This is a school that restores teaching to its former glory. Down with rote learning and make way for practical application!"

The student is no longer passive in the course's development, but rather becomes an active participant. I've rediscovered my enjoyment of school.»

Chloe

«"Wanting to switch to a career in business after completing my DUT in Chemistry, I discovered AIVA. It was a way to combine my love of wine with my desire to take business courses.".

Starting from scratch following a scientific education, I was able, thanks to the help of the teaching staff and professional speakers, to acquire a great deal of knowledge.

The atmosphere in the classroom is friendly and based on mutual support; there is no competition, unlike in other schools.»

Chloe

«"To summarize my year at AIVA, I would say that it was very enriching, having originally studied in the hotel and restaurant industry, I had a basic knowledge of wine and AIVA really allowed me to deepen these basics.

The main advantage of the Bachelor's degree is its diversity, as upon completion, graduates can pursue any career related to wine (sommelier in a restaurant, wine merchant, sales representative at a winery, import-export sales representative, etc.). What I also greatly appreciated about AIVA was the quality of the instructors, all professionals who are genuinely passionate about sharing their knowledge and who take the time to answer all questions.

This training program truly met my expectations and I highly recommend it to future students.»

Emma

«After completing a BTS in International Trade in La Rochelle, I decided to join AIVA to specialize in wines and spirits. Currently at AIVA, I can say that I have learned a tremendous amount!”

I had the opportunity to visit some estates, including a few that were very unusual, it was fun! The great thing about the school is that we are in small groups, which is great for being able to ask all the necessary questions and to be able to progress at a good pace.

But above all, by coming to Alsace, I had the chance to make some wonderful acquaintances.

A huge shout-out to Team LP 2020-2021, they know who they are, I wish us all the best!»

Julie

«"Passionate about wine for several years, I decided to join AIVA after completing a BTS in Viticulture and Oenology in Avize in Champagne-Ardennes.

Upon obtaining my diploma, I then had an interview which allowed me to join the school for the 2020 session.

I chose the "BACHELOR in Wines and Spirits" course for its practical aspect, particularly in tasting wines/sparkling wines/beers/spirits from France and around the world.

In addition, we learn a lot about marketing, sales techniques, etc… which will be essential for our future lives.

Since the start of the training, my knowledge has continued to grow with recognized professionals in the field who guide us both during tastings and outside of class.

We are fortunate to be in a school where we are encouraged to strive for excellence regardless of our field of study, and that is priceless!»

Zian

«After obtaining my BTS Technico-commercial en Vins et Spiritueux in Montpellier, I decided to continue my studies in order to improve my skills in this sector.

So I chose the Bac+3 program at AIVA.

Joining AIVA was a great opportunity, and my program met my expectations. Most of the instructors are former professionals in the field. They teach us in a practical way, readily sharing their experiences and knowledge.

It's a very interesting and enriching teaching method!

The courses offered by AIVA are primarily taught in small groups. This allows students to have a close relationship with their instructors and therefore to understand the material more easily. There is also a great deal of mutual support and solidarity among the students.

As for the way the training works, the courses are varied and the pace of work is pleasant: 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon for theory from September to February, followed by five months of immersion in a company.

The school's extensive network of contacts and partners allows us to choose the company that best suits our needs (export, marketing, commerce, etc.).

The education provided allows students to acquire real skills in management, commerce, national and international marketing, as well as in the knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.

The Academy provides everything needed to succeed. This way of learning has inspired me to continue my studies in a similar environment.

That's why I'm continuing my studies at AIVA with the MBA!»

Clara

«Following a BTS in Sales and Marketing of Wines and Spirits, I chose to pursue the Bachelor of Wines and Spirits at AIVA. Few institutions offer this program across France, and despite the school being relatively new, its curriculum is professional and comprehensive.”.

AIVA is not a school like any other; it offers us the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life who share a common passion: wine. From instructors and guest speakers to students, accessibility and close relationships are key, creating a motivating and stimulating intellectual energy.

We leave AIVA with knowledge about the "skin of wine," and much remains to be discovered, but this experience remains the most enriching I have ever had.«

Coralie

«"After completing a two-year technical degree in Wine and Spirits Sales, I wanted to deepen my knowledge of the wine world. Having been passionate about wine for several years now, AIVA offered me the opportunity to enrich my knowledge from both a technical and commercial perspective. Wine is one of the emblems of our country, and this is what we learn throughout the program by immersing ourselves in each of the French wine regions. Beyond that, the Bachelor's program gives us a real open-mindedness regarding the emergence of new wine regions around the world.".

Direct contact with professionals provides us with valuable perspectives and advice, which I have no doubt we will refer back to throughout our future professional careers.»

Jeremy

«"An enriching year of sharing, both technically and personally.

This year I completed the dual degree program at AIVA, with a view to a career change. Indeed, having already earned a degree in business and marketing, my wish was to find a fulfilling path in sales within the wine, beer and spirits industry.

The meeting and exchanges with all the professionals who guided and structured this course, as well as sharing with my classmates from all backgrounds, gave me a lot of meaning and determination.

Having completed this training, I now feel more confident and prepared to pursue my professional life in the wine industry.»
