The Jura:
The Jura vineyard comprises 4 AOCs: L'Étoile, Côtes du Jura, Arbois and Château-Chalon.
Who hasn't already enjoyed a glass of the famous Vin Jaune or Vin de Paille?
The red wines, made in particular from typical grape varieties such as Poulsard and Trousseau, also hold some pleasant surprises!
Savoy:
The Savoie vineyard is located at the foot of the French Alps. It extends across four departments: Savoie, Haute Savoie, Isère and Ain.
With 25 grape varieties and just as many geographical designations, Savoie holds many hidden gems.
Come and discover them at this event!
This evening will allow you through 7 selected wines, to discover the different wines of Jura and Savoie.
Switching from a Mondeuse to a Vin Jaune, you will be able to use your senses visual, olfactory, and gustatory for describe his wines, and so on enjoy this fascinating world.
Beautiful and large plateaus dinner parties will enhance this moment.
