AIVA, the International Wine Academy, is located in Landersheim, Alsace, 25 minutes from Strasbourg and less than 10 minutes from Saverne. To facilitate your settling-in during your studies, the Academy offers student accommodation near the campus, in partnership with a local real estate agency.

Well known for the Château des Rohans, the Château du Haut-Barr and its bars in the evening along the quays, Saverne is a dynamic city where life is good:
Numerous restaurants, sports activities, a cinema, multiple shows… Life in Saverne is meant to be peaceful.
Saverne, with its TGV station, is easily accessible. The A4 motorway is 2 minutes from the town center, and Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport is 30 minutes away. Bus lines run from our accommodations to AIVA.
We offer a range of apartments in Saverne in partnership with the Hertrich and Kern real estate agency, where students have priority. Each apartment is named after a grape variety!
