Some opinions from our students on this Diploma

  • Élodie, 29 years old

"Training sommelier, I work as a ray chef in a hyper. When I knew that an innovative Academy in wine would open up, I inquired to come and pass a diploma in addition to my work.

Today, the diploma I pass allows me to revise my knowledge in wine, but also to learn more! The knowledge of wine is infinite.

The tasting of wines accompanied by experienced people like Yvan Gerber, allows to evolve even faster. "

  • François, 38 years old

"Working in wine as a commercial for 15 years already, AIVA allows me to deepen my knowledge and to value my achievements.

There are 1 days per week of classes: This allows me to continue to work normally the rest of the time.

The fact of being surrounded by professionals, whether at the level of students or professors, is also a plus. "
